Please review the Arrival Guide and Schedule below so you know exactly where to go.

📍 ARRIVAL GUIDE 

1. Parking & Navigation Please park in the Goodale Garage located along Goodale St. (66 E Goodale St, Columbus, OH 43215)

• From the garage, take the pedestrian bridge across to the Convention Center.

• The Conference & Show is located in the Northern part of the Convention Center.

• Follow signs for "OTF Registration."

2. Skip the Line: Badge Pick-Up If you have pre-registered, do not wait in the main line!

• Head directly to the Self-Check-In Kiosks.

• Type in your First and Last Name.

• Your badge will print instantly.

• 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Exhibitor Move-In (Bulk Spaces Only)

Wednesday, December 10

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Registration Open

• 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Exhibitor Move-In

• 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Educational Sessions (All Tracks)

• 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Annual Meeting & Awards

• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Trade Show Open 🚀

Thursday, December 11

• 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Registration Open

• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Educational Sessions (All Tracks)

• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Student Quiz Bowl (Room C150)

• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Trade Show Open

• 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: ODA License Testing (Room C160)

• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Exhibitor Move-Out
